What is the cost of shipping knokno product?

Singapore 

Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping on all purchases over $350 SGD Singapore wide, uParcel, grab express.

All orders under $350 SGD will be charged at checkout.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available on Singapore orders at a flat rate of $30.

United States

Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping on all purchases over $1200 USD U.S wide.

Express Shipping

Express shipping costs are determined by the product weight at checkout.

For items that are not in stock, shipping fees will be calculated based on the customer’s location and product weight, and will be displayed during the payment process.

Rest of World

Shipping fees on International orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the delivery address. All KNOKNO goods sent out require a signature on delivery.

Please note, you will be liable for any duties, taxes and import fees as levied by the country the order is being delivered to. These fees will be due at the point of, or after delivery. KNOKNO is not liable for these charges, and they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by KNOKNO.  If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office for more information.  If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.

Singapore orders are subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), included in the prices shown.

  • Will there be duties or taxes applied to my order?

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by KNOKNO. These are the customer‘s responsibility. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient‘s country and carrier related fees. If any such duties, taxes or fees are charged in the customer's country, they will likely need to be paid before the goods are released. If you have any questions about whether duties and taxes will be applied, please reach out to your local Customs Authority.

Swatches

Singapore orders containing only swatches are delivered at a flat rate of $15.

How long I receive my purchase?

Singapore

For in-stock products in Singapore, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days. Items that are out of stock or handmade require 8 to 10 days for processing unless specified otherwise. Orders of in stock items placed before 11am (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day.

For in-stock products orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note that during holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Express delivery

For in-stock products orders placed before 11am with express shipping will be dispatched on the same day.

United States

All products in handmade require should receive their delivery within 6 to 15 business days unless specified otherwise, however this may vary slightly due to unforeseen delays with shipping and customs that are outside of the control of KNOKNO. Please remember that if incurred, import duties are the full responsibility of the customer receiving the purchased products.

Rest of World

Shipping times will vary depending on location and local customs. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched.

What is knokno’s returns & refunds policy?

Standard and Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your KNOKNO purchase. However in the event you’d like to return your order, we are pleased to offer effortless returns and exchanges for all full-priced items within Singapore. To be eligible for return or exchange:

Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns for refund will be processed less a $15 return label fee, deducted from your refund. Also excluding the return and original shipping fee.

Returns for exchange will be processed once the return has arrived at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

What is knokno’s faulty product and refunds policy?

At KNOKNO we pride ourselves on the quality of our products.All custom orders and made-to-order bedding & throws, dining and home rituals and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned unless faulty. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at help@knoknoshop.com. Please include your original order number and an image of the issue, and we will do our utmost to rectify the issue for you as soon as possible. 

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless deemed faulty by KNOKNO) , please be aware shipping to Singapore from some countries may be quite costly. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. KNOKNO cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of delivery. 

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

There is an imperfection on my hemp/linen. Is this normal?

As hemp/linen is a natural fibre, there are often small inconsistencies in the weave of the fabric. This perfectly imperfect texture is part of the beauty of hemp. As hemp/linen experts, we know what is considered to be normal, so please contact us with any questions you may have.

Can I get a replacement for a lost or broken button?
