Can I change my delivery address?

Please reach out to our team at  help@knoknoshop.com with your order number and the new address, and we'll do our best to assist you. We're unable to assist with changes once an order has been dispatched. 

How long will my return take to process?

Please allow up to 5 business days in Singapore from the day your return is received for us to process your refund . You will be notified via the email you provided once your refund. Please note, during holiday or promotional periods, return processing times may be slightly delayed.

Can I return an online order at a KNOKNO store?

Yes, our store staff can assist you with your return in store provided it meets our Returns Policy requirements. 

Can I return something purchased as a gift for me?

We may be able to assist with organising a return for gift orders. Please contact us at help@knoknoshop.com .

Due to the handmade nature of KNOKNO’s woven products, we do not offer a period of warranty on these items. We would however, like to be contacted in the case that a customer has a fault with a KNOKNO product. As we are serious about customer satisfaction, we will consider resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

KNOKNO is not responsible for the care and maintenance of your bedding or any other woven KNOKNO good. As explained in our care and maintenance section it is the customer’s responsibility to take care any 100% hemp woven product.

How should I wash my bedding?

KNOKNO hemp is meant to last for years to come however we do recommend washing your bedding with care. Due to the nature of the stone washing process of each hemp prior to use, they are naturally soft and ready to use. Please follow these steps below when washing your hemps.

Wash before first use on a cold, gentle cycle using liquid detergent.

Limit tumble-drying to low settings and avoid overloading the machine.

Do not bleach or dry-clean, and if your hemp happens to stain, launder immediately.

Hemp fiber is long lasting and durable and will withstand many washings, by machine or by hand, and we recommend washing be followed by ironing. It will soften and grow more comfortable with every wash, so follow these steps and enjoy.

Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed through theKNOKNO website or in store.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items purchased using a Gift Card may be exchanged according to our standard return and exchange policy.

If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be used again when you place your next order. If you wish to check your Gift Card balance, just email us at help@knoknoshop.com and we’ll get back to you.

KNOKNO is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. However, if you simply can’t find your Gift Card email, just email us at help@knoknoshop.com and we’ll be happy to resend it you.
